In 2008, the PPRA tightened the requirements for entry into the field of Real Estate.
With our training programs, getting qualified as an estate agent is easy. Online courses can be completed in conjunction with the required internship.

Training
From 1 July 2024 onwards all NEW learner enrolments are required to adhere to the new NQF4 curriculum (SAQA 118714).
We urge Property Practitioners to enroll in the NQF4 curriculum (SAQA 59097) or expedite portfolio completion if already enrolled.
