From January 2013, all Property Practitioners have been compelled to complete an Intern Logbook. 

 

If you were a registered agent for at least one year prior to that date, you will be exempt from completing this logbook.  There are no other grounds for exemptions by the Board, regardless of your qualifications and expertise.

We have two routes to finish your PPRA LOGBOOK.

ROUTE 1

 

1 - 3 hour workshop - R 1 500

This workshop is good if you did your NQF L4, because there are a lot

of duplication between the NQF L4 & PPRA LOGBOOK

 

ROUTE 2 

 

6 - 3 hour workshops - R 2 990

I will suggest this one for you because you were exempted from your 

NQF L4 & NQF L5 and do not have a basis to work from.
