Demonstrate knowledge of the Real Estate environment and the various laws, rules and regulations that impact on the Real Estate function.

  • Represent analyse and calculate shape and motion in 2-and 3-dimensional space in different contexts
  • Use mathematics to investigate and monitor the financial aspects of personal, business, national and international issues
  • Apply knowledge of statistics and probability to critically interrogate and effectively communicate findings on life related problems

  • Analyse, evaluate, and apply the Real Estate Code of Conduct and Ethics.
  • Interpret and use information from texts
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the Real Estate environment and the various laws, rules and regulations that impact on the Real Estate function
  • Interpret a variety of literary texts
  • Write/present/sign for a wide range of contexts
  • Accommodate audience and context needs in oral/signed communication
  • Perform the Real Estate function.
  • Read/View, analyse and respond to a variety of texts
  • Write/present/sign texts for a range of communicative contexts
  • Engage in sustained oral/signed communication and evaluate spoken/signed communication
  • Use the writing process to compose texts required in the business environment

  • Interns will have to take the Maths and Literacy subjects to qualify for the NQF Level 4 course:

     

    • If you do not have a matric certificate, you will have to do both the maths and literacy modules.

    • If you have a matric certificate, but without maths, you will have to enroll for the maths subject as an extra module.​​ ​​

    • The Functional Communications module will be covering communications in English and a small section in Afrikaans.
